Gunter Hagspiel

I have over 30 years of operational experience in international companies such as IBM, Management Zentrum St. Gallen and Head, most of that time as Managing Director or as a Board Member. Although in the past the focus of activities was on finance, human resources, supply chain and administration, I see myself as a generalist. A 7-year expat stay in the USA and countless business trips to Asia (China, Japan and Hong Kong) round off my international experience profile.


Other highlights include:

* 11 years as CFO of HEAD, a sporting goods company listed on the VSE and NYSE.
* Extensive experience with restructuring, business development and business expansion.
* Set-up of various financings in Austria, many EU countries, USA, Japan and China with a volume of more than € 750 million, characterized by a long list of contacts in many large and small banks around the world.
* Successful execution and support of several acquisitions.
* Implementation of Central Accounting & Controlling Service Centers in Austria for Europe, in USA for North America and in Hong Kong for Asia/Australia.
